From The Love Game I wrote:

Another geographical anomaly, and a huge coincidence, came from one of my sister Anne’s experiences.  We had been raised in Bay Village, Ohio, then were moved to Miami Beach in the early 70’s.  When Anne attended South Miami Junior High, she became best friends with a girl named Shelley Burgins.  As the story goes, a few years later they made a surprising discovery while showing each other their childhood photos.  They had been in the same kindergarten class years ago in Bay Village.

Not only had Shelley gone to school with my sister in Bay Village, but the Burgins Family also lived on Osborn Rd., as we had.  This was an amazing coincidence.  (They lived at 29500 Osborn Rd. and we lived at 29215 Osborn Rd.)

Shelle y’s older siblings knew our older siblings, and so on.  Shelley's younger brother, Scott, had been in my kindergarten class, and I remember him well.

I was told that their dad, Robert Burgins, was an FBI agent.

This coincidence has little bearing on my experience, except perhaps for one unusual incident.  I house-sat for her parents once, and became violently ill quite suddenly on about the third day.  I was losing fluids so rapidly that I could not make it to a phone.  By the time it subsided long enough for me to get help, I was so weak I was reduced to crawling.  I'd never been sick like that before.

According to Shelley, after her dad retired from the FBI, he became quite well-to-do by giving tennis lessons in the back yard.  I find that unlikely.
